TRA Christmas Concert 15 December 2018
We are delighted to announce our next fundraising event. Medieval concert group, the Telling have dedicated the proceeds of their Christmas concert to the Tottenham Refugee Alliance.
On 15 December, from 7- 8.30pm, the distinctive medieval group will celebrate the Christmas carol, bringing their hallmark style of candlelight and atmosphere to St Thomas More Church (9 Henry Road, N4 2LH, directions here: https://parish.rcdow.org.uk/manorhouse/)
A magical way to start off your Christmas, The Telling perform uplifting and intimate carols from the Middle Ages and traditional carols from around Europe giving an informal introduction to what a carol is and celebrating some old favourites and some lesser-known gems.
We are enormously grateful to the performers for their very generous support and to St Thomas More for hosting us.
This promises to be an atmospheric and enchanting evening, all while taking us one step closer to bringing a family to London. Mince pies and wine will be available as well as a bountiful Christmas raffle – all proceeds going to the Tottenham Refugee Alliance.
